These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the wnbd platform and the user. By opening an account on wnbd or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted all of these terms.

These terms apply in accordance with Bangladeshi law and applicable regulations. wnbd operates as a safe and reliable online entertainment platform, and protects every user's information and transactions through SSL encryption and fair play policies.

wnbd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time at its sole discretion. Every change will be updated on this page, and registered users will be notified by email where applicable. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

To open an account and use services on wnbd, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming and betting is not legally prohibited.
• Your account must be used for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
• If your account was previously closed by wnbd for any reason, opening a new account is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate and genuine identity information.

Preventing minors from gambling is one of wnbd's top priorities. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use family safety software on personal computers or mobile devices.

3.1 Registration Rules

Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a punishable offence. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Providing your correct name, date of birth, and contact details is mandatory.
• A valid and active email address is required.
• If any account details change, the support team must be informed promptly.
• Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility.

3.2 KYC Verification

In the interest of security and financial protection, wnbd follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before making a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount, the following documents may need to be submitted:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of an active mobile number.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds on wnbd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300.

• The deposit amount must be ৳300 or more.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Deposit amounts are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply for withdrawing funds from wnbd:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals are only possible via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• For unusual or suspicious transactions, wnbd may request additional verification.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on wnbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on wnbd receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement must be met. On wnbd, you must complete betting worth 25 times the bonus amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — the bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Attempting to withdraw without meeting the bonus terms may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• wnbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Additional terms may apply for specific games when playing with a bonus.

6.1 Fair Play

All games on wnbd are operated in a fair and transparent manner. We use software from world-class game providers to ensure fair play. In the event of a technical error in any game, wnbd reserves the right to make a decision, and that decision will be considered final.

6.2 Bet Limits

Each game has a minimum and maximum bet limit, which will be clearly displayed in the game lobby. If a user deliberately attempts to breach these limits, that bet will be considered void.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a lost internet connection or a device problem, wnbd generally determines the result based on the last acknowledged game state. In such situations, please contact wnbd's support team.

6.4 Sports Betting

A variety of sports markets are available in the sports betting section on wnbd. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a specific applicable rule allows it. If a match is cancelled, bets are generally refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wnbd:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using false or incorrect identity information.
• Abusing the bonus system or bonus hunting.
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or hacking attempts.
• Playing using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to access another user's account information.
• Placing bets using a third party's account.

8.1 Account Closure by wnbd

wnbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Evidence of providing false information or identity fraud.
• Detection of suspicious financial activity.
• Evidence of bonus fraud.
• For security or legal reasons.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their own account at any time. Please contact the support email to make the request. Any eligible withdrawable balance will be paid out before the account is closed, however any active bonuses will be cancelled.

• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.

In any situation, wnbd's maximum liability will be limited to the actual funds deposited in the user's account.

wnbd reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform before any changes take effect. For significant changes, registered users will be notified by email.
